As Stream Lead BI, I Led the Business Intelligence initiatives in the company and also managed a portfolio of multiple clients, Helping them with different topics from Project Management in the implentation of their DWH to creation of Strategic reporting, below in bullet point some of my Tasks:

• Led end-to-end BI Projects, planning and management using Agile, ensuring alignment with business objectives and on-time delivery
• Designed technical specifications and data mapping frameworks for Data Engineering Teams to streamline integration projects
• Desing and developped Multiple banking/Retail datamarts for our customers, optimizing data structures for advanced reporting and analytics
• Monitored, optimized, and fine-tuned customer Data Warehouses to enhance performance and efficiency
• Established efficient BI processes, enhancing data acquisition, reporting, and KPI tracking across the organization
• Contributed to tender submissions, and implementation of POC's for prospects
