As Team Lead BI, My role within Resurg was to manage the ETL Team as well as to enhance the customers DWH, and Migrate the Pipelines form Talend ETL To SSIS on the cloud. Below some of my key responsibilities:

• Managed and mentored the ETL team, providing training on data warehousing principles and best practices to foster skill development
• Oversaw project planning and execution using both Agile and Waterfall methodology, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Designed and documented ETL processes and data warehouse best practices, optimizing data flow and storage efficiency
• Led business process re-engineering initiatives in MySQL, Oracle, SQL server, AWS environments, streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency
• Served as a Program Lead in Talend, SSIS, SQL delivering robust solutions
• Contributed to tender submissions, and implementation of POC's for prospects
